I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious and accessible, unfortunately, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the accessible room I stayed in. On the positive side, I was later moved to a lovely suite, which was a nice upgrade.
Rooms

I found the room through the covered patio to be spacious and accessible, but there was an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms. However, the suite I was moved to was fantastic.
Service
5.0
The service, for me and my colleagues, was mediocre. The staff could have been more friendly and honest, and there was an issue with the deposit being kept due to being late for check-out. However, the service from the housekeeping and laundry staff was great.
Location
6.0
The location of the hotel is convenient in terms of highway access, but it could be noisier and closer to downtown. Despite the noise, the green grassy area and comfortable beds were nice features.
Dining
6.0
My dining experience was a bit limited as I didn't eat breakfast in the restaurant on some mornings. The classic Italian dishes offered were decent, but I didn't get to fully enjoy them.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities of the hotel were adequate.

6.8/10
The hotel is conveniently located right by the highway, which makes it easy to get around, but it can get a bit noisy. The rooms were facing the freeway, which was loud and annoying, and they even tried to move us to a room upstairs. The service was a bit of a mixed bag where staff members were friendly but not always the most honest, holding our deposit for being late despite prior arrangements. The location is safe and convenient, about 0.5 miles from downtown, with easy access to the amazing river path. The dining options were decent, with a standard breakfast spread, but it could have been better, especially for a weekend. On the facilities side, there were the usual amenities, nothing extraordinary.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were enormous and beautiful, with a big TV and good channel selection, but the lack of proper cooling was a downside. The service was friendly but could have been more honest and accommodating. The location, while convenient for highway access, was not ideal for tourism. The dining options were limited, and the cancellation of breakfast was confusing. Overall, a somewhat satisfactory stay with room for improvement.
